You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted by law from entering contracts are not permitted to use the Platform.
3.3 Geographic Restrictions
The Platform is operated under PAGCOR authorization for the Philippine market. Players outside the Philippines must independently satisfy themselves that online gambling is legal in their country of residence before registering. Residents of the following jurisdictions are expressly prohibited from using 1111jl: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, and any other jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. 1111jl reserves the right to expand this restricted territories list at any time.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 1111jl Account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. If you believe a duplicate Account exists under your identity due to technical error, you must contact 1111jl support immediately.
4.1 Registration Process
To create a 1111jl Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
1111jl is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. You may be required to provide a government-issued Philippine identification document (including but not limited to a passport, driver's license, Philippine Identification System card, SSS ID, or UMID) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending compliance.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 1111jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. 1111jl will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, including losses resulting from password sharing, phishing, or social engineering attacks directed at you.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
1111jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and approved cryptocurrency methods. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific limits applicable to individual payment methods are displayed on the cashier page within your Account.
5.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your 1111jl Account immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the bank and time of submission. 1111jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing periods, or network congestion outside our control.
5.3 Currency and Fees
1111jl does not charge fees on PHP deposits made via local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to network transaction fees payable to the blockchain network, which are not controlled by 1111jl. Any currency conversion costs arising from international transfers are the depositor's responsibility.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering
1111jl is legally required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act ("AMLA") and PAGCOR's AML compliance framework. Deposits that trigger AML review thresholds will be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for source of funds documentation. 1111jl reserves the right to restrict, delay, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects involves proceeds of unlawful activity.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal
Withdrawal of real money funds from your 1111jl Account is available to verified players only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — 1111jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Processing Timeframes
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals submitted by verified players are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required under 1111jl's AML procedures.
6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds
Funds derived from Bonus promotions are only withdrawable after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds. 6.4 Account Closure Withdrawals
If you request closure of your 1111jl Account, any remaining real money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of all outstanding verification requirements. 7.1 Bonus Terms
All bonuses, promotional offers, free spin awards, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards offered by 1111jl are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These specific terms — including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — supplement and, in case of conflict, take precedence over these general Terms with respect to the specific promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering Requirements specify the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before conversion to withdrawable cash is permitted. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 20x on a ₱1,000 bonus means ₱20,000 in total qualifying wagers must be completed before withdrawal of the bonus-derived amount is permitted. Different games may contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates — typically slots contribute at 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at lower rates or be excluded entirely.
7.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud
1111jl employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated betting patterns designed to minimize risk while fulfilling Wagering Requirements ("bonus hunting"), and exploitation of software errors or miscalculated odds. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus fraud will be immediately suspended and all Bonus Funds and any derived winnings will be forfeited. 1111jl reserves the right to withhold real money funds in such cases pending investigation.
8.1 Certified RNG
All casino games available on the 1111jl Platform — including slots, RNG table games, bingo, and video poker — utilize Random Number Generator ("RNG") software that has been independently tested and certified by recognized gaming testing laboratories. The certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the Platform, the game provider, or the player.
8.2 Live Casino
Live dealer games operate using physical cards, roulette wheels, and dice managed by real human dealers in studio environments. Results are determined by physical game elements and are not subject to RNG software. However, all live dealer studios used by 1111jl are certified under applicable gaming regulations and are subject to surveillance and audit requirements.
8.3 Return to Player (RTP)

8.4 Technical Malfunctions

All content on the 1111jl Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data structures, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 1111jl or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal gaming entertainment as permitted by these Terms.
You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any 1111jl content without the prior written consent of 1111jl. Unauthorized use of 1111jl intellectual property may constitute infringement under Philippine intellectual property law and will be pursued accordingly.
1111jl's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the 1111jl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and can be reviewed at /privacy-policy. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. 12.1 Self-Imposed Limits

12.2 Self-Exclusion

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1111jl's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding twelve (12) months.
1111jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 1111jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 1111jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any matter which cannot be excluded by law under the applicable Philippine legal framework.
14.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of the 1111jl Platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to contact the 1111jl support team in the first instance via live chat or the email address provided on the Platform. 1111jl will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
14.2 PAGCOR Escalation
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through 1111jl's internal complaints process, players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. 1111jl will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.
14.3 Finality of 1111jl's Technical Determinations
In all matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and the determination of wins and losses, the records maintained by 1111jl's server-side systems shall be the definitive reference in any dispute. Player-side recordings, screenshots, or other documentation that contradicts the server record will not be accepted as authoritative evidence.
1111jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. For changes required urgently by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law, 1111jl may implement them immediately with notice provided concurrently.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 6.4.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines, except where PAGCOR's administrative dispute resolution processes apply as described in Section 14.2.
This agreement is entered into in the English language. In the event that these Terms are translated into Filipino or any other language for informational purposes, the English language version shall be the controlling version in any dispute.
